There was a time in my life I felt my life was coming to a literal end when I had to finally admit to myself that ‘something was not right’ – having no idea what exactly – but knowing for sure that I could simply not carry on the way I was trying to.

I went on a journey of discovery, uncovering, letting go, dealing, healing and growing and learning invaluable skills to bring my life to such a level of fulfilment, happiness, balanced and in control, I never imagined possible.

Now I am on a mission to empower women boldly step into the discovery of who they were meant to be all along.
