There was a time in my life when I felt like everything was crashing down. I had to finally admit to myself that something—something very important—wasn’t right. I didn’t know exactly what it was, but I knew for certain that I couldn’t keep going the way I had been.

So, I went on a journey—a messy, beautiful, soul-stretching journey of discovery. I uncovered, let go, faced things head-on, healed, grew, and learned life-changing skills that brought my life to a level of happiness, fulfillment, balance, and control I never even imagined possible.

And in that process, I discovered my passion—and the unique gifts and skills I had to help other women who find themselves in the same place I once was.
